1. General provisions

1.1. These terms apply to all individual services (pay-as-you-go) provided by Helpful Partners, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2. By ordering services from Helpful Partners, you accept these terms in full.


  1. Services and delivery

2.1. The services provided are described in the offer or order confirmation sent to the customer.

2.2. The delivery time for the service is agreed upon at the time of ordering, and Helpful Partners will make every effort to deliver within the agreed period. Delays may occur, and in such cases the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

3. Payment

3.1. The price for the services will appear on the website, in the offer or on the invoice. All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner excluding VAT.

3.2. Payment for the services must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. An invoice will be issued upon delivery of the first draft.

3.3. In the event of late payment, late payment interest will accrue in accordance with applicable legislation.

4. Quality and revisions

4.1. Helpful Partners undertakes to deliver high-quality services tailored to the customer’s specifications as set out in the project brief.

4.2. Any changes or adjustments to the delivered content requested by the customer must be submitted within 5 working days of delivery.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1. Helpful Partners, associated freelancers and partners are not liable for indirect losses, consequential losses or other financial consequences arising from the services.

5.2. The total liability of Helpful Partners, associated freelancers and partners for any claim arising in connection with the services is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the specific service.

6. Intellectual property rights

6.1. All intellectual property rights related to the produced content remain with Helpful Partners until payment has been received. Upon payment, the rights are transferred to the customer.


  1. Confidentiality

7.1. To the extent that the parties gain access to confidential information, such information shall be kept confidential. Confidential information means all non-public information that the receiving party knew or ought to have understood was important for the other party to keep confidential.

8. Cancellation

8.1. Individual services (pay-as-you-go) cannot be cancelled. If the customer does not wish the assignment to be completed, the customer must pay for the service in full.

8.2. Helpful Partners reserves the right to cancel service delivery if circumstances arise that make delivery impossible or unreasonable.


  1. Use of AI

9.1. Helpful Partners, associated freelancers and partners use AI tools to improve and streamline our deliveries. These tools assist us, among other things, with research, structuring written content and translating texts.

9.2. The AI tools used are ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Google Gemini (Google).

10. Governing law and disputes

10.1. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.

10.2. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled by the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed legal venue.
